Ride DuPage

The Ride DuPage program serves Township residents who are 65 years of age and disabled persons of all ages who are in need of special transportation within DuPage County for medical appointments, volunteer work, shopping, social visits, etc. Working in cooperation with Pace, the Suburban Bus Division of the RTA, the service provides curb-to-curb transportation 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  Fares are a flat fee of $2 per ride plus $1 for each mile traveled within DuPage County only.

Participants must register for the program prior to making a reservation.  Applicants under 65 must have a current RTA Reduced Fare or Ride Free Permit in order to qualify for Ride DuPage.  Users should make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance and may make reservations as early as 7 days prior to the day of travel.

 In addition to Ride DuPage, the Township offers the Ride DuPage to Work program for work related travel only.  Fares are a flat fee of $3 for the first 6 miles, plus $1 for each additional mile traveled within DuPage County only.
